My Story
I taught my first college course in 2005 and never looked back. I earned a Ph.D. from Florida State University in 2012, spent a decade teaching Literature, History, and Humanities, and pastored in local churches — all because I wanted to help people thrive.
When I transitioned into business as an Executive Director at Chick-fil-A, the context changed, but the calling didn't. Burnout was on the horizon. Working with an executive coach — and rebuilding my routines around my most important work — changed everything.
That experience lit a fire. In 2024, I launched Curious Leadership to bring that same transformation to leaders like you.
I currently serve as Senior Minister at Kissimmee Christian Church in Kissimmee, Florida. So, when I coach, it’s not from theory. I’m leading, struggling, learning, and growing in the trenches alongside my clients every single week.
